China Southern Airlines Company Limited (“CSACL”) would like to introduce a batch of aircraft including B737-8, A320NEO and A321NEO to be delivered within the year of 2021, 2022 and 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Aircraft” all together or “Each Aircraft” for individual) by means of operating lease. (The “Transaction”).
