China Southern Airlines Company Limited (“CSACL”) would like to introduce ten (10) to fifteen (15) used aircraft including B737-800, A320 and A320NEO to be delivered in 2021 – 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Aircraft” all together or “Each Aircraft” for individual) by means of operating lease. (The “Transaction”).
